Stanford Falls in Semifinals

LOS ANGELES – No. 4 seed Stanford fell to No. 2 seed Grand Canyon, 15-25, 26-24, 25-27, 17-25, in the semifinals of the MPSF Tournament, Thursday, at the Galen Center. Stanford hit .283 as a team and finished with 54 kills, 38 digs, 7.5 blocks and two aces. Grand Canyon (24-4) hit .360 and totaled 54 kills, 40 digs, 13.0 blocks and five aces.
