Women’s Tennis Shuts Out LSSU 7-0 Friday

ALLENDALE – The Grand Valley State women's tennis team swept Lake Superior State 7-0 Friday (Apr. 19) afternoon at the GVSU Tennis Courts. The Lakers improved to 10-8 on the season and 4-2 in the GLIAC. GVSU swept doubles action to claim the doubles point. Taylor Barrett and Neus Ramos tallied a 6-3 win at the top doubles position. Vasileia Griva and Rachel Sam posted a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles. Estefania Hernandez and Vale Mozas added a 7-5 win at No. 3 doubles.
