Baseball clinches outright SAA regular season title with doubleheader sweep

DANVILLE, Ky. – The Centre baseball team celebrated Senior Day secured its first outright regular season league championship since 1987 on Saturday as they completed a doubleheader sweep to take all three games in their series against the Hendrix Warriors. Centre won both games in dramatic fashion, mounting late comebacks to win by scores of 5-3 and 5-4.
