Bulls Split Road Doubleheader at Northern Illinois

DEKALB, Ill. – The University at Buffalo softball team (14-25, 6-12 MAC) split their Saturday doubleheader at Northern Illinois (13-28, 6-13 MAC), taking game two, 4-1. The Huskies didn’t waste time in the first game as an RBI double gave them the early 1-0 lead in the first inning. The double was followed up with a two-run home run to left to make it a 3-0 lead.
