Falcons swept by nationally ranked Titans
OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-River Falls softball team fell by scores of 8-0 and 5-1 at No. 20-ranked UW-Oshkosh Saturday afternoon. The Falcons, now 10-12 overall and 0-4 during WIAC play, continue league action on Monday afternoon at UW-Stout. UW-Oshkosh 8, UW-River Falls 0 (6 inn.) The Titans held the Falcons to just a pair of base hits in game one while scoring eight off 12 hits and several UWRF errors. UWO’s Sydney Nemetz pitched a complete game, striking out 13 Falcons.
