Hofstra Drops Series Game Two To Campbell

Hempstead, NY – Dylan Palmer and Luke Masiuk each had two hits and drove in a run, while Alex McCoy homered but Campbell broke a 5-5 tie in the seventh inning and added an insurance run in the ninth for a 7-5 victory over Hofstra Saturday at University Field. The win evened the Coastal Athletic Association series at one game apiece going into Sunday’s finale. Hofstra slipped to 13-25 overall and 4-10 in the CAA with the loss.
