Newark, DE – The Hofstra softball team was held hitless in a 1-0 defeat at Delaware in the second game of a three-game Coastal Athletic Association series against the Blue Hens from the Delaware Softball Diamond. Hofstra moves to 15-22 and 12-8 in the CAA, and Delaware improves to 32-9 and 17-3 against conference opponents. Delaware's run came in the first inning.
