Men’s Golf Moves Up to 4th With Second Round 285 at MAAC Championships

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL – Rider University men’s golf senior Connor Bekefi (Toms River, NJ/Toms River North) and sophomore Ben Ortwein (Easton, PA/Notre Dame) both shot three-under 69 and the Broncs shot three-under 285 in Saturday’s second round of the MAAC Championships at Disney’s Palm Golf Course. Bekefi now stands tied for seventh place at two-under 142 for the tournament, while Ortwein is a stroke back at 143 (-1), good for a tie for ninth.
