Northwestern State Lady Demons Defeat Texas A&M Commerce Lions 3-2 in Series-Clinching Win

NATCHITOCHES, La. – All five runs on Saturday morning were scored in the sixth as the Northwestern State Lady Demons edged out the Texas A&M University-Commerce softball team, 3-2, at the Lady Demon Diamond. The loss drops the Lions to 8-43 on the season and 1-20 in Southland play, while the Lady Demons took the series and are now 16-27 overall and 4-14 in conference play.
