SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The UConn softball team defeated the Seton Hall Pirates, 4-2 on Saturday afternoon at Mike Sheppard Sr. Field. Payton Kinney got the nod in game two, making her 14th start of the season for the Huskies. Kinney was dominant, tossing 5.2 scoreless innings only giving up two hits with seven strikeouts.
