ACU Tops UTA for 5-1 Win

ABILENE – Abilene Christian picked up a big win on Sunday, taking down Texas-Arlington 5-1. Lina Russo scattered five hits and allowed only an unearned run while striking out five for her sixth win of the season. The Wildcats got the game started well in the first inning with a big play at the plate on defense and two home runs in the home half.
