Augusta Turns in Season Bests at Georgia Tech – McBride Breaks Own School Record in the Steeplechase to Meet NCAA Provisional Time

ATLANTA, GA – The Augusta University women's track and field team competed at the Georgia Tech Invitational this weekend. Transfer Emily McBride broke her own school record for the 3000m steeplechase. The Junior shaved off almost thirty seconds from her previous record time in the event. Her 11:00.84 was also enough for NCAA DII Provisional standards. Freshman Madison Mills registered a personal best in the long jump.
