Bliss posts five RBIs as Jackets split with St. Vincent on Senior Day

WAYNESBURG, Pa. (April 21) – The Waynesburg University softball team split a Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) doubleheader with Saint Vincent College Sunday afternoon at the Baseball & Softball Complex. The Bearcats (17-13, 9-7 PAC) took game one 2-0 while the Jackets (17-13, 9-7 PAC) posted a 9-1 run-rule win in game two. In their final home collegiate game, Emma Bliss (Uniontown, Pa. / Laurel Highlands) went 2-for-3 with five RBIs and 1 run, Kayla Gratton (Monroeville, PA. / Gateway) finished 2-for-3 with an RBI and Ella Brookman (Washington, Pa. / Chartiers Houston) was 1-for-1 with 3 runs and two walks.…
