WHEATON, Ill. – The Carroll University men’s track and field team finished seventh at the 12-team Wheaton Twilight on Saturday. Jimmy Hinkley won the hammer throw with a sixth-attempt season-best distance of 60.45 meters (198-4) to help lead Carroll, which scored 40 points. The memorable accomplishment took on added significance as it established a school record, shattering his own prior mark of 60.04 meters.
