CBU Drops Sunday Contest; Still Secures Series vs. ACU

ABILENE--- The California Baptist University baseball team closed out its series with the Abilene Christian Wildcats on Sunday afternoon, with the Wildcats avoiding the sweep with a 4-0 victory at Crutcher Scott Field. The win for ACU moves them to 11-7 in the Western Athletic Conference standings. Meanwhile, the loss for CBU drops them to 13-5 in the WAC and 26-14 overall.
