COLUMBIA, S.C. – Two College of Charleston runners won and one changed the record book in the 3k steeplechase to highlight Charleston on a hot day in Columbia at the USC Open. Savannah Stoutt finished first in the steeplechase in a time of 11:20.66 entering herself into the top 10 in school history for the event.
