Ducks lose home run derby and weekend series to Cardinal
For the first time all season, the Oregon Ducks baseball team lost a conference weekend series. They managed to win the second game of the series Saturday night 17-5, but dropped Game 1 of the series 19-7 and the finale 10-7. The bats showed themselves in the Bay Area, but unfortunately, the pitching wasn’t up to the task. Oregon drops to 27-12 overall and 11-7 in league action.
