Flashes Get Milestone Win in Dramatic Fashion

DeKALB,ILL- Tim Orr capped a two-out ninth inning rally with a grand slam and the Flashes outlasted Northern Illinois 9-8 in 10 innings to take the series and earn the 2,000th win in program history. Kent State found itself down 7-4 with two out and nobody on in the ninth. The Flashes then embarked on a comeback straight out of Hollywood.
