Four event wins for women’s track and field at RIT Invitational

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Four Hamilton College athletes finished first in their events at the non-team scoring Rochester Institute of Technology Outdoor Track and Field Invitational on Saturday, April 20. Kate Scibelli ’26, who was competing in the women’s 400-meter dash for the first time outdoors, recorded the Continentals’ fastest time this season in 1:00.56 for the win. Betsy Overstrum ’24 took the top spot in the 1,500-meter run and finished under five minutes for the first time with a time of 4:57.75.
