Hawks sweep doubleheader from Bears

POTSDAM, N.Y.—First place SUNY New Paltz (24-4, 10-0 SUNYAC) took both games from the SUNY Potsdam softball team (9-15, 2-8) on Sunday afternoon. The Hawks took game one 9-2 and then downed the Bears in a 5-1 victory in the finale. The Bears jumped out in front in the bottom of the first of the opener.
