POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — The Iona University softball team split its doubleheader against Marist on Saturday afternoon. The Red Foxes took game one 6-2 before the Gaels earned an extra innings 1-0 shutout in game two to halve the day at Gartland Field. Senior Jamie Sheeran launched a two-run home run in game one for the Gaels. Sophomore Hailey Guerrero delivered the game winner on a two-out home run in the 10 th inning of game two.
