Martin dazzles on senior day, bats silenced vs Saints
HARDEEVILLE -- Senior Brandon Martin put together another strong outing on the mound for USCB, but the Saints' Cooper Smith shutdown the Sand Shark's offense as Flagler took game two of the series 7-0 Saturday afternoon in Hardeeville. Martin (2-5) worked 5.2 innings allowing just three runs while striking out seven. After allowing a single run in the first Martin settled in and didn't allow a run over the next four innings including a stretch of six straight outs, with consecutive punch outs.
