Mayer Leads Men’s Track & Field at Rider Invite
LAWRENCEVILLE, New Jersey – The Marist men’s track & field team continued its season on Saturday, competing in the Rider Invite. Mason Mayer led the way for the Red Foxes, capturing a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:58.38. Noah Brown finished fifth in the pole vault with a jump of 4.10 meters (13 feet, 5.25 inches). Liam Haggerty used a season-best toss of 43.33 meters (142 feet, 2 inches) to secure sixth in the javelin throw.
