Nelson Leads Tigers to Second Place Finish at OEC Championship
Jessie Nelson was named Orange Empire Conference Swimmer of the Meet for the second year in a row after leading Riverside City College to a second-place finish as a team. The Tigers finished with 711 points, just 57 points off first place Orange Coast College. Nelson won the 200-yard breaststroke in two minutes, 26.95 seconds for her fourth championship – three individual championships and one relay team title – this year.
