STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point baseball team (17-9, 9-5) swept a doubleheader from visiting UW-Platteville (8-15, 4-8) to begin the four-game series on Saturday. The Pointers took game one by a 10-8 final and finished the sweep with an 11-8 win in game two. Anthony Tomczak (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) hit a home run in each game and had four hits on the day.
