Red Dragons take two from Bears
POTSDAM, N.Y.—SUNY Oneonta (10-14, 4-4 SUNYAC) swept a doubleheader on a rain-delay plagued Saturday. The Red Dragons took the opener 12-5 and the finale 14-2. In game one, Oneonta grabbed the lead in the top of the first on an error. They then scored three more in the top of the third on four hits. The Bears’ offense came alive for five runs and the lead in the bottom of the inning. Junior shortstop Kiara Lovejoy (Lansing, N.Y./Lansing) scored the first run on an error.
