RedHawks Drop First Conference Loss of the Season 9-5 to CMU
MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – On Sunday afternoon the No. 24 Miami University softball team fell to Central Michigan University 9-5. This drops the RedHawks to 36-7 on the season and 18-1 in the Mid-American Conference. Central Michigan moves to 13-26 (10-7 MAC). HOW IT HAPPENED: A double from Karli Spaid in the top of the first scored Allie Cummins to give the RedHawks a 1-0 lead.
