WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Elmhurst University softball team earned their first CCIW victory of the season Saturday afternoon, splitting a doubleheader with Carroll University. Elmhurst (10-18, 1-7 CCIW) was handled in the opener, 8-0 in five innings, but bounced back to earn a 2-1 victory over the Pioneers (10-18, 4-6 CCIW).
