Spartans Compete at Don Church Invite

The Aurora University men’s track and field team competed at the Wheaton Don Church Twilight Invitational on Saturday, April 20th. The Spartans placed sixth out of 13 teams with a score of 45.5 points. Steven Tinsley placed second in discus, throwing a 29-centimeter personal record of 47.08 meters. This mark is third in school history, and currently leads the Northern Athletic Collegiate Conference. Tinsley also placed eighth in Shot Put with a mark of 13.76 meters.
