NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State track and field program continues to boost its reputation on a national, regional, and local level. Both the Spartan men's and women's teams earned impressive TFRI rankings this week for the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's (USTFCCCA) Southeast region.
