Warhawk Golf Finishes Sixth at Spring Fling

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women’s golf team finished sixth and tenth at the Warhawks’ annual Spring Fling held at Riverside Golf Course in Janesville Friday-Saturday. After an incredibly windy day Friday, nearly every team in the 16-team field shaved strokes off their totals on Saturday. The top UWW squad cut seven strokes off of their Friday score (341) for a 333 Saturday. The team’s two-round total of 674 was sixth at the tournament.
