West Liberty University Dominates Track & Field: 10 Wins at Mountaineer Twilight

Morgantown, W.Va. – Competing at both the Mountaineer Twilight, hosted by West Virginia, and the Jesse Owens Classic, hosted by Ohio State, the West Liberty University men’s and women’s track & field teams combined to win ten events while also recording 35 top-5 finishes, and 57 top-10 finishes during Saturday afternoon. Winning events for the Hilltopper men’s team in Morgantown were Reese Burnside who was unattached in the pole vault, Quinn Ashbrooke in the triple jump, and Lorenzo Ferrera in the 100m dash.
