Women’s Track & Field: Hobby Finishes Second in Heptathlon at Saint John’s Invitational
COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Macalester College women’s track and field senior Sarah Beth Hobby (South Pittsburg, Tenn./St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School) competed in the final day of the heptathlon at the Saint John’s Inviational. She finished second with 3,805 points. Bryn London of Minnesota-Duluth took first with 3,910 points while Justus Floren of Saint Benedict took third with 3,733 points Today, Hobby finished third in the long jump with a mark of 4.74m (15′ 6.75″).
