Women’s Track & Field Holds On to Win 2024 Morgan Legacy

BALTIMORE (April 20, 2024) – Howard University women's track & field held on to win the 2024 Morgan Legacy, hosted by Morgan State, in Baltimore. Overall, the Bison collected 133 points, edging out rival Hampton (130). On the day, HU secured three first-place finishes. Junior Tiffani-Rae Pittman (Bowie, Md.) took home gold in the 100-meter dash, clocking in at 11.62. Newcomer Aiyana Gray-Williams (Winston-Salem, N.C.) and sophomore Zoe Turner (Mableton, Ga.) finished first (23.81) and second (23.95), respectively, in the 200-meter dash.
