NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — For the second time this season, Christopher Newport senior Edvard Porsmyr Hansen has been named the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference Men’s Tennis Player of the Week. Porsmyr Hansen helped lift the nationally-ranked CNU men’s tennis program to a pair of wins with a 7-2 victory against No. 30 Salisbury and a 9-0 win against Marymount. Porsmyr Hansen won all four of his matches this week including wins at both No. 1 and No. 2 singles and doubles.
