David Melfi Named To Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher Of The Year Watch List For Third Consecutive Season

Wichita, KS – For the third consecutive season, graduate student David Melfi has been named to the Buster Posey National Collegiate Catcher of the Year Award Watch List, announced by the Wichita Sports Commission on Thursday. Melfi joins 62 other Division I student-athletes across the country to be designated to the award’s watch list, which has recognized the top catcher each season since 2000.
