FSU softball sweeps Boston College, moves into first place in ACC standings
FSU softball (36-10, 15-3 ACC) swept the Boston College Eagles with a 10-3 win Sunday afternoon. It was the 10th consecutive win for the Noles, and their fifth consecutive ACC series win since losing two of three against Duke earlier this season. Ironically, Duke lost its series against Virginia, which moves FSU softball into first place in the ACC standings. The win over Boston College also clinches their spot in the ACC Championship. The Eagles were better than their record, as I stated in the preview, mainly because of their pitching. FSU scored 10 runs in the first two games....
