PHILADELPHIA – Widener Men's Swimming junior Jason Mongiovi has been named to the PhilySIDA Academic All-Area Team. Mongiovi joins nine other prestigious student-athletes in the Philadelphia area. The PhillySIDA Academic All-Area team is voted on by sports information offices from 30 institutions in the Philadelphia area. To be considered, a student-athlete must be in at least their second year at their current college/university and have a 3.3 GPA or higher.
