Kentucky Men’s Tennis Secures Third SEC Tournament Title with Win Over South Carolina

Pure dominance. Good morning BBN. It was a momentous weekend around the Bluegrass on several accounts, namely Kentucky men’s tennis repeating as SEC champions on Sunday with their 4-2 defeat of South Carolina. It marked the Wildcats’ third SEC Tournament title in program history. In doubles, Kentucky took two out of three. Joshua Lapadat & JJ Mercer (UK) defeated Toby Samuel & James Story, 7-6. Taha Baadi & Jack Loutit (UK) defeated Jelani Sarr & Lucas Da Silva, 6-3. Casey Hoole & Sean Daryabeigi (SC) beat Eli Stephenson & Jaden Weekes, 6-4. For singles competition, Kentucky also took the advantage.…
