Two Tigers land Liberty League weekly honors

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two RIT student-athletes were honored by the Liberty League with weekly accolades, announced Monday. Sophomore goalie Alex Zborowski was the Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Peroformer of the Week, while first-year Kira Kronenberg was the Women’s Tennis Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season. Kronenberg recorded a 2-0 record in singles and 2-0 in doubles for RIT, last week. Kronenberg defeated Allegheny’s Maria Lounder, 6-1, 6-1 in Saturday’s 6-3 win over the Gators.
