WestConn Women’s Lacrosse Collects Two Weekly Awards

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Western Connecticut State University senior goalkeeper Molly Bresnahan (Noank, Conn.) and freshman attacker Isabella Pota (East Meadow, N.Y.) were named as the Little East Conference (LEC) Women’s Lacrosse Goalie and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for their outstanding play in Wolves wins over UMass-Dartmouth and Castleton last week. Bresnahan went 2-0 with a 4.50 goals against average and .625 save percentage in the two victories.
