Williams Earns AAC Pitcher of the Week
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic senior pitcher C.J. Williams has been named American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week, the league announced on Monday. Williams is the first Owl to earn a Player/Pitcher of the Week nod from the AAC. The Deerfield Beach native tossed the program's first complete game shutout since 2016 in Friday's 5-0 win over Tulane. Williams conceded five hits and two walks.
