The Bills enter the draft with a lot of needs and arguably the biggest is at wide receiver. As of right now, Khalil Shakir is Buffalo’s No. 1 wideout entering 2024 after Gabriel Davis signed with the Jaguars in free agency and Stefon Diggs was traded to the Texans.
