BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama State University's Charity Bibbs and Alana Scott were named the Southwestern Atheltic Conference Pitcher and Hitter of the Week on Wed., April 23. Bibbs went 2-1 with her only loss coming against No. 18 Florida State. The Vestavia Hills, Ala., native had a 4.50 ERA wth six strikeouts for the week. She posted a 2-0 record while allowing seven runs on 12 hits with six strikeouts to help ASU capture the series against Bethune-Cookman.
