Eagles add Kansas transfer, two-time ASUN Defensive Player of the Year Skyler Gill
FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University women's basketball and head coach Karl Smesko signed Kansas transfer Skylar Gill to the 2024-25 roster. "Skyler is a very talented and versatile player," Semsko said. "She can score, rebound, block shots and she is a good passer. We are excited she is joining our team." Gill spent her junior season with the Jayhawks, playing in 31 games to help Kansas achieve a 20-13 overall record, an 11-7 mark in the Big XII Conference and an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament as an eight seed.
