Hailey Hendershott, Lance Minson Crowned Pioneers of the Week

GLENVILLE, W.Va. - Glenville State athletes Hailey Hendershott and Lance Minson have been named Pioneers of the Week, the GSU Athletic Department announced today. Hendershott, a sophomore from Paris, Canada, was named MEC Player of the Year and All-MEC First Team after last week's MEC Spring Tournament. Hendershott had an average score of 75.4 during the five rounds of MEC sponsored play, helping the Pioneers capture their second-consecutive MEC Championship. Minson, a graduate student from Lake City, Fla., went 7-17 (.412) with 8 RBI, a double, a triple and a stolen base against Davis & Elkins over the weekend. Minson...
