Kerr Earns Third-Career AVCA National Player of the Week Award
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – John Kerr was named the AVCA National Player of the Week for the second time this season Tuesday. He earned the honor after leading Penn State Men's Volleyball to the EIVA Tournament title at Rec Hall. The Nittany Lions made it back-to-back EIVA Tournament titles thanks in large part to a prolific performance from Kerr. The graduate student opposite hitter hit .303 while averaging 6.25 kills and 2.13 digs per set in wins over Harvard and George Mason.
