Mammoths edge Brandeis 4-3 for 19th victory

WALTHAM, Mass. — Matt Tabet tossed six strong innings Tuesday and the Amherst College baseball team overcame seven errors to clip Brandeis 4-3 on the Judges’ Stein Diamond. With the win, Amherst sits at 19-8 on the season heading into Wednesday’s scheduled contest at Elms College. First pitch is 5 p.m. The Judges fell to 5-27 on the season.
