BRUNSWICK, Maine – A pair of Bowdoin College track & field athletes have been recognized in NESCAC Weekly Awards handed out on Tuesday. Hurdler Max Russo (Whitefish, Mont.) has been named the NESCAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week while thrower Corinne Ahern (Newbury, Mass.) was named NESCAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week. At the Pine Tree State Classic, Russo broke a 48-year-old Bowdoin school record in the 400 hurdles with a personal best time of 52.90.
