(Courtesy photo) JOYCE — Crescent’s Ciara Cargo-Acosta made history for the Loggers’ girls basketball program, becoming the first girls basketball player in decades at least to sign a scholarship to play college basketball. Cargo-Acosta signed to play at Northwest Indian College in Bellingham. Cargo-Acosta averaged 12.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.8 steals and 2.1 assists a game for the Loggers this past season.
